  • Phone Number (if provided via WhatsApp or website).

  • Email ID (for PWA sign-in and account access).

  • Printing Preferences (copies, color, paper size, etc.).

  • Files for Printing (deleted immediately after processing).

We do not collect:

  • Device information.

  • Browsing history.

  • Unrelated personal data.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Order Processing – Ensuring efficient fulfillment of print requests.

  • Communication – Providing order updates and responding to queries via WhatsApp, email, or phone.

  • Account Access – Enabling secure sign-in via PWA.

3. WhatsApp-Specific Terms

  • We only respond when you initiate a conversation or opt-in through PWA.

  • Order updates are sent within a 24-hour window.

  • After 24 hours, reminders are sent only using approved WhatsApp templates.

  • You can opt out of WhatsApp communication anytime by replying "STOP."

  • WhatsApp numbers are strictly used for order-related communication.

  • No spam or unsolicited messages are sent.

  • We do not send content prohibited by WhatsApp (e.g., gambling, adult content, financial services).
